This is how i almost got mugged!..In Joburg!!

So Today as I got
up earlier than usual to get ready for my long trip to Mpumalanga
(home) from Joburg, My aunt dropped me off in town on her way to
work..Looking cute as usual even under the sad circumstances that my
trip will be by taxi.So as I was walking to the taxi rank having to deal
with dodging speeding taxis, Walking in a passage with so many people,
trying to squeeze in and make way for myself to pass through without
some chancer trying to snatch my bag from and then waiting for the robot
to turn Red, only then some stupid *Mageza* felt the need to just skip
the Red light to stop right in front of a crowd that was pacing up and
down trying to get to work on time, the pedestrians just scattered,it
was insane yet funny but then again being in Joburg town anyone should
expect anything. All the while then I finally managed to cross to the
other street with a hundred people also rushing to get cross because
*Mageza* can just appear out of the colour and drive into you. After all
that mini series, As I get to Noord street, there were those mean
looking Fidelity guys with huge Ak 47's, anyone who's smart knows to
walk far from those guys-They are ruthless. So as I was walking a
distance further away, while waiting again for another Red light, there
was a guy on my left standing next to me,waiting also to get a chance
to get across the street (so I thought), Kanti this idiot is now behind
me trying to unbuckle the side pocket on my bag (mind you that's where
my phone was) and I was completely oblivious of what was happening, but I
felt something inexplicable happen, It was like a gut feeling, I turned
to look behind me and there He was smoothly opening my bag, And I just
said "Hayi maan Futsek!!!" and He ran off..wow!!! I don't know how my
little voice turned so husky so quickly and even though I sounded
harsh/or strong, that little girl inside me was shaking, I was scared
but definitely didn't look the part. wow! I'll forever remain thankful
to my God, you never what he's protecting you from, every second of the
day, all your life. I've been in Joburg for four years now and never has
this happen to me before. It was most certainly an eye opening
experience..wow! So yeah that is how I almost got mugged today! Nxa that
bastard!!
